Imaging evaluation of a pelvic lump

Abstract 

This review describes the differential diagnosis and imaging evaluation of a pelvic mass. The role of ultrasound, computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging is discussed in each pathology presenting as a pelvic lump. The typical imaging feature of the more common disease entities is presented with each modality, with recommendations for further imaging evaluation.
