Abstract 

Gynaecologists operating on patients for stress incontinence sometimes find themselves having to deal with voiding difficulties after surgery or patients with recurrent incontinence. Some prolapse patients develop incontinence following surgical repair of their prolapse. This article discusses strategies for coping with these situations.
